1. Enrollment & Admission

• Course fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Class Attendance

• Missed classes will not be rescheduled, but recordings/materials may be provided (if applicable).
• Repeated absence may lead to cancellation of course access without refund.

3. Training Materials

• All study materials, recordings, and resources are for personal use only.
• Sharing or distributing institute materials is strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorized copying may lead to legal action.

4. Classroom & Online Etiquette

• Students must maintain discipline in classroom and online sessions.
• Use of inappropriate language or behavior will not be tolerated.
• Students should respect FACULTY, staff, and other learners.

5. Placement Assistance

• Placement support is provided based on student performance and discipline.
• Students must complete all assignments and projects to qualify for placement help.
• The institute does not guarantee a job but provides guidance and referrals.

6. Lab & System Usage

• Students must handle lab equipment with care.
• Any damage caused must be compensated by the student.
• Access to lab systems is for training purposes only.

7. Certification Policy

• Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of the course.
• 80% attendance and project submission are mandatory for certification.

8. Code of Conduct

• Strictly no misuse of institute name or branding.
• Harassment or discrimination of any kind is prohibited.
• Violation of policies may lead to termination without refund.

9. Institute Rights

• The institute may update terms & conditions without prior notice.
• Class schedules may change based on trainer availability.
• The institute reserves the right to deny admission to anyone.
